Not on the list. I like the big cat-like ones with the back armor found in the Ona'rhan Plains (not sure of spelling atm). I can't remember the proper name for them.

I picked 2 slyverns to use in DF, they'll match well with the slyvern flying mounts to use in other content

Doesn't matter. Clefthoof still best pet family type. They really need to fix pets and let us decide talents and specs for pets again.

I've been having a lot of luck with the Icy Armordon as my pet - it's a freaking T A N K and it also leeches so I rarely have to Mend Pet - it's a set it and forget it option.

I just tamed Slurpo blue snail which is a rare mob.

Ottuk taming is linked to Tuskarr rep, you need to be renown 11, you get a quest to open up the Tuskarr in the waking shore, that line gets you a full level of rep with the tuskarr. Then you get the ability to tame Ottuks, all across the account.

Apparently you have to reach reknown 11 and unlock a quest to tame Ottuks. Thats not too bad but I kinda understand why. At least it makes sense cause the tuskar also give the Ottuk mounts aswell.

hunters need funky pets like a pet rock, or a grasshopper

i tried taming the mammoth but it said it was untamable anybody have an idea as to why that would be?

I tamed a peacock type bird you didn't mention and a gold and white eagle type bird. Both look bad azz and I got them both in The Waking Shores.

I used Hati as my main pet and Fenryr as my second throughout the last two expansions. But this one got so many cool pets I just can't decide :(

I didn't even want to play wow this expansion. That would have been a mistake, this expansion has so many of the things I've wanted. Taming dragonkin has been my top most wanted hunter feature since vanilla or bc

Your voice gets on my nerves after a while

Go to the spot .Go to lfr, look for group invites of any type in dead or slow realms .Ask for invite -phase realms tame or nothing there. Drop group -rinse repeat. I have not waited hours for yrs for tames...
