I prefer One bucket method
ОтветитьI love the idea of 2 buckets ♥️
ОтветитьHi
Is pre-wash with ph neutral soap is alot better than only prewash with water?
Hi
Is using ph neutral soap for prewash snow foam is useless?
Or it fits the purpose of pre-wash?
Does it remove more dirt than just using pressure wash only?
“Move the bucket so it’s not a trip hazard later”
Yeah I really need that tbh, I trip over nothing, I am that person! 😂
Great video buddy
Thank you so much for making this video! I’ve been wanting to have a side hustle as a 12 year old and I want to clean cars, thank you for the information inside of this video! 😁
ОтветитьDo you use soapwater for this?
ОтветитьHello did you do any training face to face ?
Ответить2 bucket
ОтветитьI'd love that you show us how to best clean a soft roof top from a convertible. Thanks :-)
ОтветитьRe the two bucket method. I have always put a hose head inside the mitt to rinse the noodle mitt and at the same time squeezing out the water. The reason I've done this is to push the dirt outwards rather than forcing it into mitt. What do you think??
ОтветитьJust what I needed to know, having just picked up my new car. Been cleaning cars for 38 years and never done a proper job. Thank you👌👍🥂
Ответитьpersonally im a one bucket person my guy see u nig
ОтветитьJedi mind trick on the doors at the end. Impressive, most impressive.
ОтветитьIll never buy a black car again
ОтветитьToo much force on your power washer
ОтветитьHi i just bought a new car so looking for some tips. I use a snow foam first for pre wash then a auto glym shampoo, im not sure if i should use wax or a polish after.
ОтветитьI use one bucket Method only
ОтветитьIm a 1 bucket person
ОтветитьGreat car! 🔥
ОтветитьI snow foam the car wash it with my wash mit and just use a clean bucket of water to wash the mit 👌
ОтветитьI agree with @peterowen4456 with using the one bucket method but doing a deep prewash as well as using not too much force on the wash mitt and doing the lower part of the car with a separate wash mitt. One question I wanted to ask was what brush did you use for the wheels please? As well as the brush used on the window ledge ?@epicautomotivedetailing.
Ответить3 buckets. One, just for wheels. Seperate. Then two buckets, with grit guards, for a wash bucket and a rinse bucket for the panels. 4 wheel/tyre and wheel arch brushes. Long handled soft, for inside wheel arches etc. Short stubby handle soft for the rims and tyres face etc. Round detailer brush for the spokes, wheel nuts etc. Another skinny brush for getting behind the wheel or between the spokes etc. And a black microfiber mitt for hand washing. Green microfiber wash mitt for the panel wash, with the two buckets with grit guards. Better quality round detailers brush for intricate areas and around wing mirrors, grille, etc. Seperate round detailers brush for interior detailing and not even beginning to list the huge number of polish applicators, or seperate drying towels, etc. Glass, panels and trims. And this is just my daily driver and weekend fun, Ford Ranger 4x4
ОтветитьShould u put water first on rims or can u just straight
Clean with spray
Good prewash & one pocket.
Thank you for humor and advice on the videos!!!
Hi great video
What is the name of the clean bucket and where can I get it
I live in Arizona where we get a handful of cloudy days of the year, so I just do my best to keep the car wet when it should be
ОтветитьWhat is the appropriate PSI to use when washing a car so it won’t damage the paint ?
ОтветитьHi! I’d like to make a suggestion for a next video: how to wash a car in a jet wash machine. I live in apartment, and don’t have access to pressure wash and stuff. Always carry my bucket, shampoo etc to the jet wash and try to wash as fast as I can’t and not bother other people. Love your videos, thanks!!!
ОтветитьI use the 2 bucket approach because if you treat each panel like dishes in your kitchen and you have 2 sinks, then it makes more sense if you understand the process and concept.
ОтветитьHi. This is a general comment as I have just come across you channel and subscribed so not been following all you have to offer. Apologies if you have answered these comments before. My son has a van he has been using for courier deliveries. So it needs a clean and has minor scratches. Will doing the following rock your boat or should I be doing something different:
Rinse off the car first to remove any loose dirt. Snow foam leave to soak then rinse
Shampoo using hand mit with the two bucket method then rinse
Clay bar with lubrication.
Compounding then Turtle wax 75th anniversary version.
Hi, great video as always, really nicely presented with loads of info. Quick Q for you please - we’re hoping to take delivery of a brand new car in a month’s time or so - metallic grey Jeep, and I wonder how to apply your video here to the 1st clean of this? I’ve acquired a decent range of cleaning/detailing products over the past wee while including Bilt Hammer DS Wax and snow foam, some PH neutral shampoo, fallout remover spray etc and have been practicing on our Passat recently. What tips could you give or do you have a more appropriate video for new car washes/detail you can point me towards? Thanks in advance!
ОтветитьGREAT VIDEO! (I'm a shouting factory worker)
single bucket
I’m a complete novice and I don’t even have a driver’s license let alone a car 🤦♀️ but I have been looking for how to clean my dad’s car as he’s not so able now. Thank you so much for your videos they’ve been a great help!
ОтветитьThanks for the great videos What wheel cleaner do you suggest for Black wheels. Thanks again Stuart
Ответить1 bucket soap, 1 bucket rinse, 1 bucket rinse again before soap. Rinse buck very dirty and a less dirty. Try it!!
ОтветитьI always use plush microfiber wash mitts 6 in one bucket 🪣 then use them one on top and windows. One on bonnet and another for drivers side except for the very bottom. Passenger side, the boot then other for the bottom. Then rinse.
Ответитьtwo bucket. its no loss in time.
ОтветитьBrilliant video, I'm going to use the 2 bucket method from now on. We treated ourselves to a classic Mercedes-Benz SLK it's a deep blue colour and I'm finding it difficult to keep smear free, I know I've been doing things wrong after watching this, hopefully next time I wash it it'll come out beautifully clean ! 👍🏻
Ответить2 x buckets 🪣
ОтветитьOne bucket using 5 mitts. Once a mitt is used, it is discarded to an empty bucket.
ОтветитьCan you get your car products in the United States
ОтветитьGreat videos, I just wonder why pro's do not use an aqua blade to get 90% of the water off and then just dry what little remains? Kept in good storage they don't pick up stone chips either?
ОтветитьDefinitely 2 bucket since I was made aware of it! Just makes sense to me unless you drive a complete shed!! 🤣
ОтветитьI bought a professional wash brush from a car detail supply place. Screwed it onto a mop handle & I can wash my car pretty quickly. No scratches.
Ответить2
ОтветитьYou are spot on Dave, black paintwork oh the thought of it hence why I always go all out and use 2 buckets, I jet wash bottom part of vehicle wheel height down then traffic film ridding the stubborn tar etc, jet wash down then I do the 2 bucket wash, great video.
ОтветитьHello Dave
Hi Dave I have a question I have diamond cut alloy wheels that have curb scuff marks and scrapes, some old and some not so,. Am I at risk of getting loose debris from the alloy trapped in my wheel cleaning wash mitts and other similar tools for cleaning my wheel?
Probably a stupid question I just have no idea about these sorts of things and I have watched your video about keeping clothes free from debris so you don’t damage car body paint
Please help! Lol
I used to two bucket but now 1 bucket as I do wash my car every week. A quick snow foam rinse, 1 bucket and spray wax. Romeo done.
My car is near 13 years old. It's scratched beaten etc... But I do like washing it. Least it's a clean shiny beat up car lol.
