Mission accomplished , you just healed back to full after that bandit hits you once with a bullet...but he does not wait you to heal up ..hehe as realistic as it sound is too much .. we skip forward in time ;
Now you're in CNPP facing 30 monolith ...learn how to use companions as meat walls ...and don't forget that when you first started playing you gave the enemy Hardcor AIM mode , now your totally fukd...and on top of that you have only 4 quick use buttons enjoy the pain Stalker...

The psy meds are actually really worth using, the tiny percent numbers are misleading. Also tourniquets are useful too because they're like more effective bandages that don't have an animation, so it's practically an "instantly stop bleed" button. With a drug making kit you just need 2 bandages and a piece of cloth to make one.

There is an artifact (of which i forgot the name of) that regens both your main hp and psy hp if you stand near a campfire, really quickly too comparing to other options.

You should make one for efp since theres a big focus ❤

I think a good thing to bring up is dizziness removal, the most useful post healing items me you dizzy, which isn't great in combat. While you can just use temp heal items in combat, once you're out of combat you don't always know how quickly you'll go back into it. I always keep larger glucose shots and caffeine pills on me because of their dizziness removal. Especially as a sniper, you can't afford to be dizzy

One more thing: lots of meds will increase hunger level, and some of them will increase it SIGNIFICANTLY, like the antirad shot, pushing your hunger into yellow zone from full. Always make sure you carry food, or even better - glucose shots, when using them. Will save your bum from starving to death (had to figure this one out the hard way)

Im in Cordon right now, and have just done the training day mission to get the artifact. I have actuially cheated and given me a pretty decent suit and helm. Anyway..i have ammased some radiation, that just does go away it seems. i have popped antirad 3 times, but after a few seconds the meter of the radiation starts going up again.
i did put the jelly fish in the container, and the radiated bread i found and the jellyfish in the container i have put in a stash, so i shouldnt have anything radiated on me...? what do i do?

Edit: Yep, im stupid. i THOUGHT i had moved the bread, but in reality i had just moved another artifact, the bread was still on me.

It's important to mention, that the Purified Bloodsucker Goulash gives you +129% of rad protection for 2,4k seconds I believe (the values may differ slightly as I'm writing them from memory) so it can be a life changer when it comes to early to mid-game radiation. I know it's a video about medication, but it's a cool alternative that at least I used a lot before getting a proper gear

Could I ask if the raptr shotgun and G28 are currently in game? I couldnt find it in any gunplay mods and couldnt find it in trades on interactive pda etheir, if its straight from gamma where are those weapons allocated in game folder so I could add them to interactive pda?

Anti rad basically provides immunity to radiation for the 10s can be used in a pinch to fast travel when being a loot goblin 😂, also importantly to mention that the same effects don't stack with each other only the highest will be applied

I may be wrong but from my experience Psy res and Chem res have more to them than the flat % they show. I can take a 3% Psy res med or a 6% Chem res med and on occasion it pushes me over some threshold and I end up taking next to 0 psy/chem damage from a given anomaly patch. The most clear example of this I think is becoming immune to a Psyfield when not at 100% Psy resist. All of this is anecdotal so I don't know the actual numbers, just that a 3% or 6% buff might be more useful than it appears.

Big tip that I use a lot during the early game that speed up the hobbo portion a lot: Make Coffee. It's very cheap, will recover enough stamina to make you run near indefinitely unless overencumbered, has a good duration radiation removal effect (but rather low, which is good to not waste other meds for small amount of rads) and has the dizzyness removal effect. Very good until you can make a lot of ''flour'' and epinephrine, also good if you don't want to waste those for a short trip before crafting later on.

Damage resistance drugs also help a lot in gunfights. Morphine will make a huge difference from early to endgame, it's also fairly easy to craft and not too expensive. Eventually for less serious situations once you have enough money, sodium + vinca can provide a bit of damage resistance with slow passive healing and bleeding control for quite a long time. Pretty helpful to avoid taking multiple bandages due to being hit by a dog just after bandaging and healing a previous wound for example. Can be useful when doing quests for money in less dangerous zones and don't want to waste multiple medkits and bandages being a bit too careless.

Radiation is extremely iffy

the psy meds are actually huge when under-equipped in the starter labs.
the psy damage taken by the "ghosts" is significantly reduced.

Surprised you mentioned caffeine tablets and beards tea but not (large) glucose shot as an counteractive to dizzyness as its imo the best one in the game.
1 large glucose shot clears up all dizzyness caused by yadulin
