Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I found that I needed to re-install OBS again as I could not click on the integrity button. After installing again, the websocket settings are now there

Great video! Fixed it on Version 29.

I just installed version 29 of obs I dont see anything about websockets under the tools menu. I even tried to install the old plugin which told me it was no longer needed
