Wow!
Ответитьquestion is there a difference between the sound of the sub 25 and subsequent 37 ? (oscillators filters and vcas)
Ответить2 octave 😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьThats so Gangster I ordered mine today.
ОтветитьHasn't it arpeggiator?
Ответитьsweep the leg Johnny!
Ответитьlooks like a cash register
ОтветитьThis guy makes me think of Alec Baldwin in F.R.I.E.N.D.S.
ОтветитьSold! Gotta have one.
ОтветитьWhat a beast! (Also valid for that little synth 😋).
ОтветитьDo you have to connect via USB to use the editor software with the sub25? Can you use via the 5 DIN Midi instead?
ОтветитьWhere are all the people who actually use Moog to make good music ….other than Corey Haim, Snarky Puppy and Belladonna ?
ОтветитьIt sounds painfully phat
ОтветитьIs it just me, or this 25 sounds less harsh than the 37? I love it. Can you please comment on this? Thank you for your excellent reviews!!
ОтветитьLovely Demo <3
ОтветитьReally dumb question: For this demo, what is the computer doing (if anything?) Can all of this be achieved on the unit (It IS hardware, right?) without the mac? Just curious. Thanks! Almost sold on this! Like a thread away! :)
ОтветитьHow does this compare to the Behringer Poly D, please?
ОтветитьGreat demo vid. Like was said before, this shows more what it's capable of instead of just twisting knobs out of context. Shows it's musical capabilities. Well done.
E.
I dont have any further questions, just a request... More Videos!!!
ОтветитьJust ordered this from Sweetwater
My third Moog in my lifetime

Behringer Odyssey
Moog Subsequent 25
Boo yaaaaa
Totally stoked
Love Sweetwater
Damn...Dave makes the 25 sing! I can’t make up my mind now. The 25 and 37 have a buzzy modern quality that also manage the unmistakable Moog sound, where as the Grandmother sounds more vintage with brighter tone. I can’t decide. I think I prefer the edgier sound of the 25/37 but the Grandma has the reverb, arp and sequencer for slightly more than the Subsequent 25. I would have bought any of these by now but I’m left confused on what is the best sound & best value for the price. I can only have one of them for a while. 🤷♂️
ОтветитьDoes anyone know of a 3rd party that sells patches for this little guy?
ОтветитьVery nice synth. Very growly like some of Aurturia's 'Brute' lineup. Not quite as creamy as some of the other Moogs but still a very very nice synth.
Me want!
This thing is a steal for the money. It roars!
ОтветитьSeriously considering now! Can’t choose though, there are so many good ones
ОтветитьNice sounds! Would have liked to hear with the Subharmonicon... how well do they play together?
ОтветитьBeast
ОтветитьI’d love to throw the keeley eccos pedal into the signal chain with this synth!
ОтветитьI'm so freaking torn on this synth. For a little more money, there's the Grandmother, which sounds awesome and has a layout that I really like a lot. It's also got the arp, sequencer, and spring reverb. At the same time, the spring reverb to me seems a little bit one-dimensional. That is, you get that spring reverb sound, and the ability to mix it dry or wet, and that's about it. And I'm sure the sequencer is nowhere near as comprehensive as that on the Subsequent 37. But then again, the Grandmother is actually a really cool option for feeding audio through, and it's got that LFO that can be used as a third oscillator, and I love hardware that offers that kind of flexibility.
But man, the Subsequent sounds so much more raw and unapologetic. I love it. It can do smooth, creamy vintage sounds just fine, but it can also go to 11 or even more. And it does so in a way that sounds like a Moog. If only the 25 had the sequencer, or at least an arp, I think I'd buy it immediately, because I really like the implementation on the 37. It gives it that extra edge. I can live without the reverb, since I'm pretty sure I'd prefer the variety of settings an external effect gives me (love that you used the Source Audio Nemesis, great stuff), but it's kinda cool that the Grandmother has it there to throw in on a whim, if for no other reason than ease of experimentation.
Having said all that... yes, the sequencer and arp are really what is throwing me for a loop. I love the styling of the Grandmother, its sounds, and the semi-modular capabilities. But I like this synth engine better. Am I willing to make the compromise of fewer keys and knobs, and forego the Grandmother experience, to go with the 25? Without the arp and sequencer? Argh, I can't decide! The Grandmother is absolutely an instant classic. But man, the duo mode on the Sub is awesome. Lots of people want to push one over the other, but I think they're both great synths and it's awesome that we have the opportunity to buy them!
Amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьI want
ОтветитьDaniel is the best!
ОтветитьSitting here in awe of this man
ОтветитьMy 37 is getting all motherly..Easy girl!
ОтветитьNewbie here. I would like to learn how to use one of these synthesizers. What do I need to make music? I know this is a strange question. You need the unit and what else? Appreciate your answers.
ОтветитьGood demonstration Daniel Fisher. Keep up the great work.
ОтветитьI'm sold on this. I'm definitely copping one asap!
ОтветитьSo there is one function that's very basic that produces baselines i like its velocity controlling the cut off and all i see is inputs for velocity and no velocity out ??? for 1000 bucks a lot of synths miss this very simple trick
Ответитьjust perfect for psytrance!
ОтветитьMaybe get a flat table to play on ? (if you don’t want it to seem inexpensive, which it isn’t...)
ОтветитьThis ol guy got mad rhythm.
Ответитьhi daniel ,great demo indeed ,i got a lot of pleasure to listen to that .whoooooooooooooo, but my subphatty is looking mad at me
and i told him to relax cause i would never let it down
Where can I find that wallpaper on your laptop?
ОтветитьI would of got this but the key board is well two short for me ,,,,,
