ОтветитьWhen you put the hot marinade in the bowl flotting on ice water, be careful. If your bowl is made in glass or ceramic it might explose. Metal or plastic bowl can be used in that way safely. Or just wait that your marinade start to cooled down before putting it into the bowl.
