There's no way those people live in that shack with no walls. To live off grid you don't have to live in a garbage heap. I think this is propaganda to make off grid living look insane.

I'd like to have a farm someday near a natural source of fresh water and a couple of miles away from a beach.

I get the attraction of not having to work or do the 9-5 grind, but Good God have some pride, its like they are living in a landfill. They talk about ecosystems but have basically created a junkyard in a pristine forest. Pick the place up, it looks like a garbage heap.

I am tired of living in chaotic places with selfish, greedy, and corrupt people. And seriously considering this life.

It’s pretty sad to see someone who doesn’t want to be apart of society (which is fine) be so naive to believe what the media is telling him.

This is my dream. I know I’m getting there but it’s hard being a single parent with teenagers and a 1 year old. Obviously my teenagers think I’m crazy, I will probably do it once they’re grown and out which time flies and go with my little man. Currently homesteading and learning

My first thoughts when seeing him drink from that little stream was, “How far downstream was it from the source?” Giardia is nothing to be trifled with.😂
