Jesus, those writers did horrible job when it comes to portraying germany. I'm from germany too. No way, this looks nothing like my country. And I don't get why it's all about Weinheim. Germany is so much more than this. I get now why all of my friends from the US think about Dirndl and women who look like Heidi when it comes to germany. Horrible way to present my country. Get your facts straight, writers.

As a german myself, it's pretty embarassing and disappointing how they picture german landscapes and the police back in the 80s. Pretty unrealistic. The accent is horrible and those cops look like soldieres from 1944 instead of real cops. Those scenes are a shame. Really bad work. Cops looked totally different in germany in the 80s

It's a bit disappointing that they didn't hire German actors to play the cops. Their subliminal American accents aren't too bad, but I would have found it funnier if they had cast, for example, adult Sheldon's German voice actor as one of them.

Yes, he shows that he’s responsible of taking the train without supervision. Next time, never step off for a minute. You never know when it’s going to leave. Even when you do step off, take your belongings with you. No wonder 💭 his mom won’t let him go by himself

None of the German speaking ppl were native speakers, but they were easy to understand. The train conductor might have been French. The others ..I'm not sure. 😅

You have to admit to the series creators that at least they didn't just "roll out" the federal state's coat of arms on the uniform at random. Weinheim is located in the north of Baden-Württemberg. There are 17! 16 for the states, one for the federal government.
The coat of arms is simply described: Yellow shield with crown; Then from top to bottom there are 3 black lions looking to the left. 😁 I know, the US are young... Write when you have completed your first 500 years as a nation. We'll talk about the beer later... THIS is what you'll be taught THEN.🤗

I was stationed in Germany around the same time this took place. I liked to ride around the country on trains just Sheldon but I was smart enough to not leave the train.

My friend once called the police because he was so drunk after a party he couldn't find a taxi. They came and collected him and looked after him until he was sober. 😂

Mary wasn’t nearly mad enough at Missy for waiting hours before telling her that Sheldon was stranded and possibly in danger. Yeah, Sheldon being stranded was his own fault, but he tried calling Missy for help and she ignored him.
