If i shot the red bomb with plasma cutter is it count as other weapon kill?

I just beat the game on Impossible Mode. Now im on my NG+2 to get the One Gun Trophy. I used the Hand Cannon cuz I wanted to test it out right after that I reloaded my last save where I hadnt used any other weapon than the Plasma Cutter. So have I nullified the Trophy now since I used the Hand Cannon but reloaded my previous save before I shot with the Hand Cannon? Well im gonna start a fresh new game one more time on Story regardless since nothing is hard after beating Impossible.

Would you recommend getting this trophy in NG+ in Imposible? Or is that too Hard?

Dies it count if you kill the leviathan with the ads cannon? I could not kill it with my cutter it's the one in chapter 8

I already fully upgraded my suit and my plasma cutter on NG+. Will I still get the achievement if I use the extra power nodes on other weapons as long as I don't use them?

I used only one weapon for every dead space game ever.

Question if i were to sell my ammo from my last play through on ng+ would i still be able to get the achievement i havent shot or used another gun just sold my ammo i had from the other guns
