You are partially right but not fully. The emailing part was what you were right about. People just send their CVs/resumes attachments without even a single word of message to the recruiting team which I also realised is a bad practise and a point to be noted but people nowadays have come to know about sites like LinkedIn where you can easily apply with a CV and relevant information but assuming you write at least 3 lines to show your seriousness, it is much likely you will still not be hired. Ek job pe 50 se 200+ applicants aate hai so what are the odds to be hired, like a percent only. Trust me, I have been using all types of techniques to find a job but no luck. As a student, in the past 2 months I realised that Pakistan is a jobless country. You either don't get a job or you have one but they are not paying as much as you're supposed to be paid.

And yes, we Pakistanis have a bad habit of not sticking to something specific, rather we want to give a shot to everything but that's not the case. A software engineer may apply for an office clerk job because of unemployment.

Junaid bhai, with all due respect can you please share your ads as well, most of the time on LinkedIn easy apply is on where you only send your cv. if you have provided the option of a brief introduction and still received these responses than what can we say. Also what was the salary range and JD you posted is very important. Were you looking for a basic resource or an expert.

Junaid Bhai as an employer apki professionalism kidhr hai? If there's a person who's put in all the effort in applying for a job, doesn't he deserve a reply telling him that you can't move forward with him. Professionalism goes both ways but your firm doesn't do that. Saying it with personal experience
