I just recently discovered Keto Chow....it is amazing. It got me through a retreat that was meatless (can you believe there is such a thing).....It kept me from wanting carbs and I avoided all the carb loaded meals. Thank you for helping me on my journey.

I love keto chow. Bacon, eggs and steak are good, but sometimes I need a break from the same old things. Also, it gives me something quick that I can take to work for lunch and not be tempted to eat out.

I love keto chow and I agree it’s not trying to replace a delicious steak but we all have days when we just don’t have time to cook. It’s nice to know I have something to fuel my body on really busy days and to make it as ice cream WOW!

I was in love with the flavor. It seemed way to good to be true. I started keto but use these as treats and am excited for Christmas because of this haha. If you want a test dummy for research I think I could go easy 6months only keto chow. If that panned out push it to a year. I’d record it all for fun lmk @Jut35r

So I ordered a sample kit and it is really confusing. I though it would come with a shaker bottle, a few samples of the ketochow electrolytes, fasting drops, along with the 6 packets but no it only came with the 6 packets. When it came I looked at the directions and that was even more confusing as to how much of what i need to fix this drink. I went to the website and still after reading it is still confusing. I am not happy with this. I will not be ordering again.
