Dont let the NYC fool you into maintaining the belief that a bag and a condo is all a grown man needs in this life.

You need a family, thats the only thing you will leave behind.

at this price, i could do this except for one thing...i demand my own toilet and inside my unit...taking a shower in a shared bathroom doesnt bother me at all...the thought of having to leave my apartment every time i had to pee or take a dump....no thank you!...when i was younger, sure!...but not NOW!
