Does I have to this 20 devlopers task again to publish the new version of game ???

Hi I followed all the steps and I also published in production. I see that on the play store side it is written beta. So the download is limited only to people who have done the closed test. What do I need to do to remove beta

Do I need 20 testers for my all apps? (Example like my second or third app) or it's only for the initial one?

Hii 20 tester for 14 days means.. I have to test my app with 20 tester every day or total of 20 tester in 14 days?( Today 2 tester. Next day another 2 tester like that)

1) Is this close testing necessary for first app , or for every app uploaded in play store.
2) can we release app on old play console account and then transfer it to the new play console account, is this possible ( and update the app from new play console)

Please make video on webview with all required settings to optimize it(load website faster) and downladmanager to manage image download, different files download with their appropriate intent will be open after files downloaded. Webview Cache management, weview differnet types of error handling during site loading... and many more features and settings. all these should handle automatcally in older and newer sdk.

But my problem is you may help, the first bundle file was rejected the reason I'm must fix the core functionality

Then after fixed i generated a new AAB file with updated version and submitted

Then was again rejected, they just mentioned the previous version i must fix the core functionality
Why they don't review the new version ? They just considered the old version so what must i do ?
