I was looking into webview, worked for a while, but it doesn't allow javascript code to load location

My question is as follows. Webview is the site news site we make. There is java slider in mobile harmony. When the news is added here, it does not fall immediately. What can be done about it?

Thanks for this video, I have one doubt according to google adsense and play store we can not use adsense ads in web view app but suppose I have adsense enable website so in my webview adsense ads will so and it is against both adsense and playstore.
So how to hide or disable adsense ads from web view and add admob ads because it is legal to use admob ads in web view for earn money.
Please help and I hope you will provide me satisfying answer.

If you can not use it without internet than what the use of android view for web app
It must have feature to store web data to load it when there is no internet conection available
