Hello All & Mani, While options shared to open US incorporations are right but you havent shared a lot of details which will get most in trouble if they follow a direct way to set up their entity (whoever is a FEMA resident of India ). I have checked with plenty of legal folks and the only legit, compliant way (as of now) is to follow the gifting route. DO NOT INCORPORATE US/SINGAPORE/ any foreign entity by using your money from India , paying Atlas or Firebase etc if you are resident in India. One will get into plenty of issues later on as its a RBI & FEMA regulation breach and VC due diligence issues. CAUTION: DO NOT REGISTER USING THESE PLATFORMS WITHOUT CONSULTING A SOUND LEGAL TEAM to know about the issues around it. Good Luck.
