You may want to add any alternative for this plugin.

Divi solution = use external tool for form... no sense.

How can I preset an unmarked checklist by default in Caldera Forms? I want it to appear as unmarked when using the form (your image is placed just in front on what you are doing, so i cannot see all the steps you followed)
