General Art Tip: How I Prime My Canvas

I think most customers do not realize how much work goes into prepping a canvas before the Artist applies their talent.
Many years ago I watched my friend apply Gesso to Canvas as you showed in the video
. She now buys her Canvases on the internet and she e mailed the other day to say that the local arts store is going out of business. Some brick and mortar art stores are closing like the bookstores as people turn to the internet for their supplies. I too listen to audio books when working though at times I have to replay a CD because I became part of my art as I worked and didn't hear the book talk to me. Enjoyed your video, Alex
