Yesterday night I slept listening to this music but had vivid dreams.

Haven’t had 6-8 hrs of sleep in over 10 yrs . Live in constant pain and lots of medical appts daily. Hoping this will work. Am a tbi and amputee survivor. Hoping this will work. The dream of a peaceful and calm sleep.

My life has become so automatic that I gong I’m barely conscious burning my life anymore. I’m literally droning through my days. I’m trying to lucid dream, but the fact that I’m barely aware in real life, so I never question my reality.

Came for sleep and peace. And got a good release of tears and inner emotion. My partner passed away suddenly at 32. After 10 years together I lost my everything. Then our dog passed away. Which was more than my everything. She was my soul. The comments here made me feel safe, and able to release emotions. Trying to relax and unwind my body now to fully appreciate this and fall to sleep for just a little. Nick and Bella.
