That Warden is fully aware that he is just some sort of babysitter
ОтветитьWhat do pretty much everyone in this documentary have in common. Starts with a B
Ответитьciezko byc murzynem
ОтветитьDid anybody ask Krystal why she doesn’t like going to school? Maybe she’s afraid of something
ОтветитьToo many guys are too "happy" to be in jail. Maybe jail should be worse.
ОтветитьKrystal your mom failed you the system failed you. Your worth so much more than anyone shows you.
ОтветитьThat lady could have tought her some coping skills while her brain was In motion and reprogrammed it but she was trying to eat whatever she had in that white bag. Hahaha😂
ОтветитьWe lock you up an no prison reform
ОтветитьOne of the major problems is that rural and exurban communities have supplemented lost industry in the prison industry. Until we find a way for these places to survive, there will be impetus for people to create spaces of profit for the most exploitative of capitalists.
ОтветитьBlack Economic Improvement Corporation 💯💯💯👍
ОтветитьSome serious symmetry in this doc
ОтветитьBad behaviour has consequences
ОтветитьI do great in prison..😂thats some sad mess..
ОтветитьHow about people stop doing the same thing that gets them locked up.and ask for help. Marijuana gets people killed here in Florida. It's like this everywhere not just Kentucky
Ответить"We need to distinguish who we are mad at and who we are afraid of", well said.
ОтветитьThis documentary is completely BS. If you think these people are innocent, take some into your home.
Put your money where your mouth is.
"Im 15 years old, and im in here basically, for skippin school."
BULLSHIT. Thats exactly what someone who cant take responsibility for their actual crimes would say, thus confirming why youd have to lock her up.
Don't commit crime.
ОтветитьWhat happened to trade schools, community centers? What can kids aspire to be.
ОтветитьAuntie should have had a heart and taken her to see mamas grave. Maybe auntie and friend. That young 14 year old is even more hurt now.
ОтветитьChristals mom should have checked out that school. I went to my daughters school to see what was going on. If people trying to fight my daughter, I would change schools. She went to prison because of bad school?
ОтветитьYou living in a fake system that sets you up to fail.
ОтветитьThe dangerous chemicals foods in America that people eating, causing mental diseases in the brains 🧠 of Americans.
ОтветитьSlave system still in place, nothing really changes.
ОтветитьAt 8.10 that’s what horrible parents look like… than they wonder why their kids are bad….
ОтветитьThe argument keeps being made for those who don't need to be in jail, yet this show couldn't find 4 people who didn't commit violent crimes or "damaged party" crimes such as burglary/robbery. Then they simply did not say what some did to come back as well. YOU COULDN'T FIND F O U R PEOPLE???
ОтветитьI was in prison and a lot of ppl were there for small amounts of drugs.. it’s sad. I was there cause I kicked a cop in the shin. Some ppl were there cause they hit a nurse while psychotic. And of course there were murderers and ppl who did armed robberies n shit. I’m definitely not going back no matter what. Nothing is worth going to prison. The worst things about prison are the other inmates being super loud, screaming, etc ALL DAY LONG, and not getting enough food.
ОтветитьLots of them seem like good people. Especially that vietnam veteran. Someone who's not empathetic won't care too much about killing an enemy on the battlefield or off it, even an unarmed one. His intense guilt makes me think that he's actually a really good guy with equally bad luck.
ОтветитьBy the way, the criminal injustice system gives no shits for combat vets caught in the system.
ОтветитьHuman beings are more profitable to lawyers, da's, judges, police unions, contractors, politicians, law enforcement agencies; locked up in prison, than rehabilitated members of society.
ОтветитьRun
ОтветитьI make $30k roughly a year, and I’m a grown adult. How in the absolute fuck does it cost $80k to incarcerate a child. Someone please explain.
ОтветитьIntensive parole supervision is designed to send you back to prison
ОтветитьHave they tried not breaking the law?
ОтветитьBeing white and not near the ghetto, but as an emt I was in the boston area, i was really sympathetic with crystal mom saying you can prove everyone wrong, we all struggle crystal some more then others, but we all have a chance girl. Keep your head up, and do your best
ОтветитьMr. Duffie have a PTSD. Why you don't help him?????😢😢😢😢
ОтветитьFrom what i saw, look lie racism for me
ОтветитьSince when skipping school is a crime? :(
ОтветитьHey, the reality behind your prison state is the prison industrial complex. Not only do US manufactures get labor at slave wages to build multiple durable and domestic goods, each prisoner “stimulates” the economy. How do you think all those mattresses, bed sheets, pillows, prison uniforms, eating utensils, food, bed frames, dentists, doctors, nurses, firefighters and all of their gear, chefs, administrators and their staff, etc. etc. are paid for? Those are JOBS that pay people who get taxed on what THEY make. If that wasn’t bad enough, some judges in this country have been caught getting kick backs from that system for giving out longer sentences to certain people. It’s all a huge game. Frontline is just dancing around the real issue. It’s modern day slavery in the backs of the oppressed no matter what your color is but especially if you are a non-white human being.
ОтветитьI can honestly say some of the best people I've ever met that had a good impact on me was in jail. I was at my lowest and they gave me the confidence I needed to get out and be better
ОтветитьIts horseshit they let Keith out 6 months early, they know hes gonna violate parole so they can give him a new charge, just let him finish out the rest of his 6 months so that he can be free without the stupid parole officer hanging over his head to screw him over again. "Im HiGhLy dIsSaPoInTeD" go fuck yourself lady hes mentally ill. She claims shes not there to send him back to jail but thats exactly what shes there to do.
ОтветитьI remember when Frontline wasn't state run propoganda.
ОтветитьWhy are you just studying talking about money you are the ones that they are being you locking them up why are you talking about money and what the state is spending on them to stay wanted this they wanted this to happen so now it's happening and they don't know what to do since all of these children are not in school anymore now you got to feed him you don't know what's going on with these kids and tell you start talking to them getting them to talk to you and find out what is really instead of locking them up
ОтветитьSo the thing is is to keep these children in school they are bullies in the school and those types of things are stopping these kids from learning they can't get education they can't think they can't function because you are putting stuff on them on their plate and it's off of your plate now it's on their plate you keeping them where they can't be a child because of the you choose these places for little children to live and be able to function that cannot function around police cars all the ambulance the noises from you know gunshots and fights and arguments and all of all of these things they learning and cannot focus on what they need to do we need to help our even if the surroundings are horrible teach them other wonderful do not teach your children about jail don't like the life you want a better life to get out of the place where you are so stay in school and learn as much as you can learn stay in school has the longest you can stay in school don't don't don't skip school if you sick your mom will let you stay home and that's the only reason why you should stay home if you're sick
ОтветитьNow they are not teaching these children and telling them since you been in jail you won't be able to get a job you won't be able to get an apartment you won't be able to get any assistance from anybody now you are
