My XR just started giving me this error message today. Location is where it should be (USA), and all settings are where they have always been. If crapple thinks I will upgrade to another phone that costs a month’s mortgage they are sorely mistaken. I would rather not have a cell phone if they keep breaking their phones to force us to upgrade via their forced updates, which loads up the memory with useless functions that few people actually use.
