Tonal Quick Tips - A Button For The Rope Accessory??

First of many quick tip videos. Future quick tips include building your own curl bar and how to organize accessories. What other quick tips would you like to see? I am thinking about researching alternative bench options for incline\decline exercises.

I’ve been trying to learn how the button works so I can the weight on/off for the barbell. Could you explain that process to me?

I also use the bar control for the rope, but the Tonal KnowledgeBase explicitly says that the bar control is not to be used with the rope, just the screen controls.

That’s what I’ve been doing the past five months. My problem is I can’t figure out how to turn it on by clicking the screen. 😂

Can you buy an extra one of those buttons so you can keep it on the ropes?
