Make it smart lol more electrical operated "smart systems" that require more power to fix a system that simply needs to be fixed,reinforced,protected,backed up and not dependent on wind and solar but only used a s a supplementary power source! Wow Sooo complicated to fix this problem! Let trust our governments to install gadgets that spy on us and can shut our power off "for the greater good" the communist way take one for the team folks. Not to mention remote access to anything by definition and default and common sense and logic will never be as secure and safeguarded vs a wireless unconnected grid! Don't be fools this is doing pushed by design! They know people won't be lining up to accept the central bank digital currency and new anti freedom policies they have planned and state clearly in the agenda 2030 documents pushed by all your favorite billionaire "philanthropists" who donate to their own charity's and never have to pay taxes while they also get free government grants, bonds and all manner of subsidies as well as loans while you work your ass off for .1% of the money they make in a week over the course of a year! The REST of the grid gets a D- - - - - - . We are SO vulnerable. BUT the utilities have been kicking this can down the road for YEARS and are expecting the government to pay for the upgrades so they can keep their already immense profits high. On the OTHER hand, people don't realize just how EXPENSIVE those "mega towers" are to erect AND the costs of the wire AND the right of ways but the proponents of DC are planning on utilizing EXISTING rights of way from rail road tracks. There is already a safe buffer around the tracks and poles could easily be run within the right of way. And since the technology has progressed where DC can be SAFELY and more cheaply transmitted over great distances, it is beginning to make sense. BIT as I mentioned, IT IS ALL ABOUT THE PROFIT and letting the government pay the lions share. AND they will CONTINUE to gouge the customers as they have been.

This is going to happen in 30 years from now, starting World War 3!

Not a complete black out (homes will still have energy) but enormous industries like Automobile Manufacturing, Food Industry, SpaceX and more will suffer a fatal lose in their economy, affecting the rest of the economy because the electrical power won't be enough to support the demands! The culprit is the extinction of oils and gases mostly found in the Middle East.
The only way to save ourselves is to brew more Electrical & Computer Engineers so we can finally build the Smart Grid. We already know how to do it in theory we just need a much better telecommunication system (much faster and reliable than 5G) and a pretty amazing control system. But without more engineers, this won't be possible to build and maintained! We need to have thousands of more engineers in 20 years from now that truly understand Dynamics And Control I, II , Telecommunications and any Electrical Energy related concept (And software engineers, basically we all need to work together to make this possible)!

We could live without that much energy, but all the rich and powerful people, after they lose billions of profits because of this, will desperately try to control any energy source that it's left for no reason (since it will be extinct anyways), and thousands will die fighting their wars!!!
