PS4 / PS5: How To Have Control Over Your YouTube Stream Thumbnails, Game Category & Monetization

Is there anyway around using Twitch as a go between? I only ask because I have zero interest in using Twitch or supporting their service in any way. May sound weird but, it's just a preference for personal reasons.

What About the PlayStation 5? I have the same stupid thumbnail that comes up for every live stream that i do on PlayStation 5. How do i change live stream thumbnails for my PlayStation 5 live Streams? And then when im done streaming i can just edit and change the thumbnail if i want but i don't know how to change the live stream thumbnail. Please help????????
