Sharp TV full HD 40 inch 2019 Amazon fire TV stick support yes or no

TV works for about 2 minutes and then just stops responding to commands. "Freezes" and then just keeps playing where it was. Same channel, same volume, same everything. Remote is fine. Everything is fine. Just stops where it is and keeps playing. No changes after that.

I have a question. I have a Hue sync box with a gradient light setup. I have a new Firestick plugged into the sync box but it shows no signal when i try to use it. It will only work if i unplug the firestick from the sync box and plug it back in. I can't for the life of me find out how to fix this. I want to be able to be able to use my firestick and my lights without having to unplug and plug it back in. How do i fix this issue?
