They called in and said they had a guy taking photos and nothing else and the cops responded to that? For what? They are law enforcement, what was the point of dispatching law enforcement to a photographer?

Another lying cop “ failing to ID in Texas is arrest-able” really chief cause the Texas penal code 38.02 says you only have to ID when you are arrested which literally means it’s not arrest-able, it’s a secondary charge after you are under arrest.
