How to Change a Selection to Title Capitalization in Word : Using Microsoft Word

The title is misleading. I have not so far found title capitalization in MS Word.

This is not title capitalization. Title capitalization is when it capitalizes nouns and verbs only, not prepositions and conjunctions. It is wrong and misleading to call this a video about title capitalization in MS Word, which does not exist.

That video is Stupid, Stupid, Stupid.  Title case should treat the capitalization of a title that has mixes of capitals and lower cases.  Take the Title: "The Hounds of Baskerville".  The issue is "of".  Title case would allow you to highlight the entire phrase and only the words that should be capitalized would be.  Dah!!
