Cmd is not working

10/08/2023 - after trying all of these troubleshooting steps available online without any success. I was able to fix it by resetting my laptop. Keeping my files (uploaded to OneDrive) but deleting all of the apps.

Fyi for those people experiencing no luck till now.

Then try opening the program in compatibility mode win 7 version.. mine worked that way

For anyone saying it doesn't work check where you downloaded from and see if your computer' meets the requirements and can handle it. It worked for me and it would have saved me about an hour of searching for solutions
