How to Install DUIK for After Effects | After Effects Tutorial

This hasn't worked for me. I'm using macOS.
Every single script within the plugin appears in File:Scripts but there is no "main" DUIK script/plugin that would show up under Window.

what ver. duik is this ?

does anyone know how i can unsinstall duik ? i seem to have messed up the installation it kees crashing while auto rigging so i would try reinstalling but now i have a ton of scripts showing up
