We loved rijsttafel; ate it often and found a place in Amsterdam to get pea soup (erwtensoep) when the weather was still warm. I make pea soup all year; there is no need to wait to wintertime for pea soup.

Beagles beagles beagles....I remember visiting a beagle shop in Amsterdam with more than 50 over choices and different flavored beagles. Also the carnival at the dam was a great sight. Been to Amsterdam about 5-6 times in life from 2004-2009. I miss Amsterdam!
