8 cloves minced garlic
3-4 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4-5 28oz cans San Marzano Peeled Tomatoes (with juices)

1/2 tsp (each) salt & black pepper
3 Tablespoons fresh basil
2 teaspoons fresh oregano
