How long have you been doing step aerobics?
ОтветитьI first did step aerobics in the 90s (Gene Miller?) and loved it from the start. Steps were hard to find where I lived at the time so my partner manufactured one for me from planks. Then several decades later, during Covid, I thought I should try again. I made the initial mistake of trying classes that were too hard for my level and almost gave up. Finally, when I decided I could practice the one choreography every day for a week, it all worked out and I am still here! I love the blend of cardio exercise and dance-like choreography. Thanks for the wide choice and quality workout, Chris!
ОтветитьIt’s been many, many years since I’ve done step. I started working out with your channel about 6 months ago and saw all your step videos. I thought, oh, is step coming back? So, for Christmas I bought myself a step and started with this video. This is a great refresher and I look forward to doing many more step workouts with you. Thanks for the excellent cues and instructions!

Ответить2024 and discovered your video. I was an advanced stepper but my left knee has pushed me back to slow beginner level to test out the waters. This video is really helping me gauge how far I can move. Thank you and will be repeating several times until I can do the full video. Only did 20 minutes.
ОтветитьJust done my first ever step aerobics class to get myself moving. Really enjoyed it as it wasn’t too hard to get to grips with and I was able to pause when I was out of breath. Can’t wait till I’m fitter and it’s more like a dance 🎉

I haven't worked out in over a decade. I've always loved aerobics as a part of my fitness routine. So THANK YOU for making it fun and leaving me wanting more :) I'm saying this before second day soreness takes ahold of me LOL!! Jodie

ОтветитьWow. I got my 1st step Friday so did this video as a complete 1st timer. Multiple spinal surgeries, hip surgery dvts in left calf so was worried I'd fall at the 1st hurdle. Today was my 2nd time.🎉❤ not only does my low back pain buttock feel better for moving I feel like I just conquered the world. I kept up I followed, I even know my L And R 😂😂😂😂😂. You are infectious in your ability to lead the audience into having a go. I will be 100% going through all the beginner vids and onwards. Thank you from a 50 year old man here for the 1st time 😊

ОтветитьI used to not do the basic classes, but as I’m going back & doing every step workout, I’m finding that I really enjoy these. I put in some risers & use big arms like a crazy woman & really get my heart rate up. Only 27 more to go!!
