Most eye candy game I’ve seen, absolutely love the art style and the commitment to said style- everything down to animations of cloth and inanimate objects and elements, absolutely beautiful visuals

Guessing you played with a controller? Mouse and keyboard controls were abysmal... so much so I refunded on steam. I do hope they fix.

tried it out but current state its cooking my gpu at 90degrees and 110 hotspot. fps caped to 60 but not helping with the heat.

This game look very similar to Achilles: Legends Untold which was pretty boring.

@Force Gaming 65 hours! I have played 27 hours and have already felt its short comings. What a trooper you are! lol. Its a great game but has quite a few design issues that can be fixed and will be a great game if they can pull it off. And when i mean great i mean a top seller! But again it has quite a few issues.I have to disagree with "out leveling" my friends do 10-15 damage to the last boss while i do 40-45 damage and it doesn't chunk the the boss like would think its even or slightly worse so i ask mt self...what is the point in leveling. Aslo you have the option to enchant legendary items and gain NOTHING except lost gem slots and it cannot be undone.

Also for the love of god do not make the game easier in terms of combat. That push from encounter to encounter is what promotes critical thinking instead of just mindlessly killing enemies

Endgame feedback...after grinding crucible there should be insanely hard world bosses to use all your power gained in crucible on. These world bosses should give maybe items that give cool alternative ability and attack animations and skins to your weapons and armor

THE MATERIALS SHOULD NOT BE A CURRENCY. It feels way better when the items you farm are tangible items. They should however pull from storage there by eliminating 80% of the micromanaging. That way you only need a few chests separate with consumables.

I got player housing early and I even bought the 30 silver to begin with. So it depends on your playtrough I have 17hr on it.

Dude, the inventory system kind of bothers me. Early on I ended up full of crafting stuff and couldn't even pick up mushrooms before I even got to the town. Was pretty frustrating right at the start to have to stop and deal with that.

If I remember correctly, you’re not a mobile gamer. You should try DYSMANTLE on mobile. I’ve never been even slightly interested in playing a mobile game and this one has me prob 30 hours in. Souls like zombie top down arpg

By definition a ARPG.
A chair might be 2 inches tall, but it's defined by it's shape.
You might say it's a small chair, or a doll house chair to specify it's not a ordinary one.
But claiming it's something else is just silly.

I will usually play a magic user as my first play through and have to say. It sucks having to beat the enemy with a stick to get “Mana” Focus to cast spells. Same thing with trying the bow on my next character. The enemy wizards cast constantly why can’t I. The other suggestion would be to make Fallen Embers have no money value or some kind of mark that they are important. Sold all of mine since early game they were worth more than anything else and were not used for crafting. Only to find out hey you need these for the Crucible or whatever that is called.

I find it funny how nonfunctional Poise is. How nonfunctional Dodging is. How nonfunctional Armor is due to needing so many points in Weight. Almost every single mechanic in the game is turned to shit. If you use Two Handed weapons that don't have a One Handed Attack Speed Animation. Can't beat the Crucible, because it's LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO RECOVER FROM A SWING, A LAND, AND A WEAPON PICKUP ANIMATION BEFORE ANY ANIMATION EITHER PHASE HAS, PERIOD. Including the "DPS" phases. It got better with some trash STR weapon I picked up that had a slightly faster animation. But it's still probably the 2nd slowest in the game. The damage they deal is TRASH for being 50kg chunks of steel. Weapons that weigh 15-25 deal half the damage upgraded (or more), basically instantly making Heavy weapons 20% less effective in raw damage alone. It's easier with white brother's knives? upgraded with infinite stamina, infinite focus, infinite dodging, infinite life recovery... But I don't have +40 points in Dex for it not to be a 30-40 minute fight with higher tiered base damage weapons at 26/42. It's crazy how screwed this game is if you happen to "decide wrong" on what the developers chose to be viable. And the combat due to it is ABSOLUTE DOGSHIT.

I was enjoying this game until I hit the crucible it's just not fun to get gang fu*ked by 3 or 4 elite level enemies the game wasn't that challenging up until this point the difficultly spike is absurd now I'll wait for a "git gud" or "skill issue" from some souls snob

I. Hate. Souls. Games.

The only thing that's disappointing for me is how small the world is. All of the areas feel like they were supposed to be bigger and were cut for the early access release. Even in the city, there is a sign that directs you to a north forest that locked. Hopefully, it doesn't take them long to start adding more world to explore because it's quite small. The story feels very incomplete, and the end game system feels very tacked on. Gathering for merchants upgrades are very tedious, once you know where the nodes are, you just have to wait around for them to reset. I really do enjoy the main combat but they have a lot of work ahead to make this game feel complete. This game has a lot of potential but now time is working against the devs and they will need to work to get good content out at a rate that player won't quit and move on. I really hope the success of the game leads to more meaningful content, enemy variety and boss variety is lacking, world content is lacking, endgame is lacking. But combat shines and this game has a massive amount of potential. They have upgade items like birch wood and bear claws but there is no birch tree or bears.

Love the art style and don't like Dark Souls game types but this is worth the pain. My only complain is the Legendries weapons drop to class specific class type. 60 hours in.

I waited the whole week to play this game, I couldn't play this week because weirdly enough, my pc lags at my home (my home has better internet connection though) but not at my father's (which has horrendous internet connection) which is why I waited until the week was over to play but downloaded at the moment.
I checked for update before I left my home and has I arrived home (after a 2 hours travel) ready to play, I opened my laptop only to see a 30Go update was available, I was mad that of all this week, the update had to drop now, but not defeated.
I waited a few hours to update it because of my horrendous internet connection and steam waited the whole time to tell me I didnt have any space available for the update, and cancelled all the prior data I had downloaded after all was downloaded.
There is no word to describe how unsatisfied, triggered, baffled, angered I am right this instant.
I only watch this video to not uninstall this game out of the incredibly high amount of spite and salt coursing my veins.

Meh, its ok rn. Its not that great. I dont know why there are so many people getting wet for this game.
