This was good! I wish it were a big longer, but I feel like at 21 years old he probably hasn't failed in a big enough way to be able to use it as an example. Especially not since he's already doing a Tedx Talk at that age!

You don’t need to know everything before you start. You don’t need to fear the lack of information. You simply have to start with something, which is your best judgement at that particular time. It is all about taking at least some action despite your fears. ha ha

I fail at everything I do. I can't do anything. I tried for four years composing a jazz song and there was many obstacles in my way. I know how I wanted it to sound in my mind but I just couldn't get it out. I tried writing the song out and failed. I have two supposedly friends that are professional musicians that didn't want to help me. They had every excuse in the book not to help. I tried one of those online hiring studio musicians sites and that flopped too. So as of today, I gave up. Too many obstacles and road blocks that stand in the way of something so simple as a song.

Am passing an exam for the second and last time so i can change a job that really bothers me...... A month before the exam am depressed and i m starting to see faillure.... So am hear to prepare my self for it 😓😓😓😓😓😓😓

Leverage to strengthen resolve. One thing you are not weighing in, if you are addressing all people. Every day we each get older. Can you imagine lying in a hospital bed for 180 days straight? Can you imagine being driven to a mental breakdown when you were still relatively young, pumped full of RX meds that compromised your mind and a tribulation that obscures reality that lasts WELL OVER A DECADE?? I can. Then one day, I snapped out of it. I had to rise above the zombie state I was put in at the roots of betrayal by those I should have trusted with my life. Only when I did, it was too late. I realized I was old, tired and physically sick now. Your strategy may work for the young. Some of us though were robbed of our youth and can NEVER have it back. Never experience peace. Never experience happiness and we also have the privelidge of knowing that the worst is yet to come. Not getting even a fraction of what we want out of life is the least of our problems. Poverty, homelessness and a society that would rather shun than help is what we have to look forward to. Sure, we are in charge of our own destiny. What don't kill us makes us STRONGER right? If that is true then there can be NO margin for error on OUR part as individuals. I have already made that error, by trusting other people.

Great video and awesome advice! Failure happens and it's perfectly okay! There is no perfect business, mistakes will be made and it will only help us learn, grow, and become better. Success comes with failure. Hope to see more inspiring content! :)

You can overcome failure when you're young. Older than 50, though, and you don't have a chance.

I failed to make it to state my senior year is that still ok no I'm heartbroken because I always wanted to go to state and I got third at districts and I was absolutely heartbroken

I don’t like these young people talking about failure - they haven’t really suffered real losses and have years to make it up. Not impressed. Show me someone on their sixties that lost it all and bounced back - that would be impressive. This guy does not really have a lot of real life experiences.

We ARE defined by our failures. Some failures are near impossible to overcome.

For everyone who is struggling and just can't find success in w.e. your doing. I just want yall to know that you are exactly where you are supposed to be. The more you fail, the better the reward will be when you finally succeed. Im starting to re-set my mindset, too. I just recently had to accept that I won't succeed in pursuing a certain dream. I have failed many times pursuing this dream and refused to give up. I recently started embracing the fact that it just wasn't meant for me. With that being said it isn't the end of the world for me. It just simply means that a new opportunity is around the corner for me. Till then, I look forward to failling again and again. WHEN I DO GET IT RIGHT, ILL LOOK FORWARD TO FAILING AGAIN 😊
