I suffer from diabetic neuropathy and I certainly will not be able to do any of those things that he's asking the lady.
What would be my diagnosis?
I suffer from balance issues I need a walker or at least a cane in order to be able to walk. I cannot walk on my tippy toes I cannot walk on my heels.
This is all very difficult for me I would even say impossible.
Still, I would love to do this kind of tests.

Do you know where the studies are on the efficacy of the 3 word recall test or how many words that start with F? There are 3 little articles I’ve found, but not any decent studies to justify giving that test to the elderly. I know it's a standard test and I’m betting someone came up with it decades ago, and it has just been passed on down without any clear research. I’m writing a graphic memoir of how I used my health and fitness knowledge to stop my mother with mild dementia from forgetting me, and it worked. She always knew me. I’ve been flummoxed on the actual studies for the 3 word recall test and the cube drawing test. I want to put that in my book.

Anyone who had covid, suffering from weightloss because their sense of smell and taste hasnt yet returned? I lost 4kg so far, and i only started from 80kg, so im not the heaviest bloke around. Its starting to be worrisome. I dont think im undereating. I dont have much of an appetite, but i force myself to eat decent sized meals regardless.

When u test someone’s reflexes, what is the material that the “hammer” is made of?

With respect to gait and mobility, is there an appropriate test to ask for if I was to see a GP about an ankle concern? I dislocated my ankle a few years back and unfortunately even after reduction and a surgical procedure to plate my snapped fibula, it's never quite recovered properly, particularly in dorsiflexion, and seems malformed. Physio never seemed to fully address it and I'm worried that it'd need some kind of further surgical procedure to resolve!

I can't stand people touching my feet, so I wouldn't be able to take part in something like that. I was in an ICU as a patient last year and I almost kicked the nurses when they touched my feet.
