Adobe Media Encoder CC Tutorial

Hello,
This was a perfect video and very much up to the the point,
I have few doubts hope i can shoot it here,
Im working on a wedding project and the video is about 2.5 hours long (Single sequence).Presently the exporting time shown when i export it is like 17 hours or so, I have a EVGA GTX 1060 6 GB OC edition graphic card currently installed.
Can u suggest me best way to work on such huge files out of Ur experience. Im quite new to the editing industry.
What my plan is to break the single 2.5 hours single sequence to multiple sequences then export it the way you showed using adobe encoder, But then ill have multiple video files of the same project, Is there any way i can join these videos ??
Can you guide me for this ?
