Top five Git features in Visual Studio 2022

How do you display git user name alongside the code. There is no need to go to the blame window.

Hi. Great video. Question. I think you are using VS 2022 with GitHub. You have a "Pull Request" option/button.
What if we use VS 2022 with GitLab. Do we have the "Pull Request" or "Merge Request" option/button?
I've seen this option/button on many videos but I'm now confused on why I cannot get it.

How to active show timeline(git) and show changes and authors(git) ? It shows "0 references" on classes and methods but not "git changes and author"(0 changes | 0 authors)
