Silverman is an aweful person

What Sarah Silverman said about feeling like her therapist was her best friend and then coming down to earth about it has been kind of the way I've felt about whether or not to see someone. Like, it's a transaction. I'm paying someone to listen to my problems. It just feels so self-indulgent. Like I need to pay someone to tell me I'm fucked up? Yeah, thanks genius. I didn't know that already. The thing I immediately compare it to is going to a strip club and buying a lap dance. It's a simulated connection. But really it's a money transaction. They don't honestly care about you. So why waste my time and money? I know it's not really the same thing but it's just where my mind goes to. Maybe that's why Sona's joke kind of hit me a little as well.

Sona sucks and I'm tired of Conan propping her up. Something is weird with those two and if I were his wife, I'd be suspicious at best. Plus she's a snot.

I think everybody needs to work on themselves. Maybe not with therapy, but in some way or another. Thinking that you've had it harder than other people is one of the worst things you can do for yourself. You never know what other people are going through, so give them the benefit of the doubt and you'll be stronger for it.

Seems like every comedian was or, still is a sleep pisser.

Isnt that literally the entire premise of this show lol To help Conan find REAL Friends! People just gravitate towards Conan, he is an incredible Human and helps peoples dreams come true.

I really enjoyed this one.

I'm not fooled. The podcast exists because Conan went in over his head financially when he bought a beach house. I haven't forgotten...

I’ve also never needed a therapist, I usually grab a shovel and do some actual work digging up real world perspective on how truly lucky I actually am, u should try it!

The reality is people with power should have tons of free time, as they have others do all their labor for them, and are so rich they don't ever have to work a second in their life, nor their children, or their grand children...

And those who pretend to have power, put up a front that they are constantly busy or their schedule is full, because they don't have any power.

so Conan pays people to come on the podcasts? I always assume people pay to promote their movies or something on a show
