Best Cad Software for designing furniture

I do really like Bazis Software, but the licence is too expensive

Is there an app that allows you to rearrange your EXISTING furniture in your home so that you don't have to physically move them? In other words, you take a picture of your room with all YOUR furniture and then you can move them around in the app to see what it would look like. I research and cannot find any that allows you to do this.
