How to Make Nitro Cold Brew Coffee at Home with Royal Brew

I've seen Greatwhip N2 cartridges sold as low as $0.58 if you're willing to buy in bulk. ($209 for 350).

When using cylindre nitrogen what is the amount of nitrogen gas added to royale brew

How do you store it in the fridge? Does it fit? Or can you store in on its side? Thanks.

How long do you have to drink it? All in one sitting or can you put the keg back in the fridge for another day?

Forgive me if I missed it but why wouldn't one N2 cartridge be enough for a batch?

Starbucks does not use N2 cartridges for their cold brew ,i was a shift supervisor. The company uses a fridge to store kegs that hold prechilled coldbrew those fridges are connect to a tap and a N2 compressor that extracts nitrogen from the air.. Starbucks uses CO2 cartridges for whipped creams.

My foam only lasts for 30 sec or so sheet pouring from royal brew tank.

How long can I keep it in the fridge? Does it matter or does it loose foam or flavor after too long?

After a year are you still using it? And do you have to shake it every day? Or can I just shake it once, put it in the fridge, and then use it everyday without shaking it?

1) For the N2. If you're in a rush can you use just 1 cartridge? Pour a single cup right away and then add the 2nd cartridge after the 30 minutes he stated to wait?

2) if you need to wait 30 min for a 2nd N2 cartridge, wouldn't you need to wait another 30 min after the 2nd N2 cartridge to use it?
