How I Automate Subtasks In Notion - Build It With Me

Amazing Video. This is exactly what I have been looking for as I work with a team and the Project has multiple Parent Tasks that require Subtasks to be delegated to different people on my team. What does this look like when the tasks and subtask are added to your Master Task Database? Also do you connect it to your Master Projects Database? I created the template in my master task database. Is this incorrect?

Do you use "Create a new property (Sync both ways)" or Use the same property (Not syncing) relation type? From the video it seemed to me that there's only one Subtasks field and no parent-child relation, so I thought it's a Use the same property type.
I've managed to create subtasks with name prefix automatically on creating task using this template, but it seems that 'Subtasks' property isn't getting filled up with subtasks, which I put in a linked database.

Also, how did you manage to show 3 linked databases next to each other, which building block do you use for that?

Great video Daniel! But it seems that when you do a template even though the level of access is set as restricted when it gets autopopulated it sets back to the level of access of the masterdatabase. What I mean by this is say your masterdatabase is set for everyone on the team to edit. But you want to set the template to only be accessible for yourself. When you click into the template, it turns the tasks to be accessible for everyone on the team. So when you have many tasks in the template, you have to remove each team member's access, which actually creates more work. Is there a way to go around this? Thank you!
