Over 40? Here's 9 YouTube channel ideas for 2025

How are you guys marketing to the over 40s? A lot of them don't seem to be on social media anywhere except Facebook. Did I answer my own question? LOL.

My niche is my hobby that I've had since I was 5 years old. I was on Celebrity Cruises' first cruise ship ever within a few years of the ship being in operation. I'm now 37 now, but some of my followers are older than me, and that's fine: I make videos for all ages. Travel has no age limit, so why should my cruise content?

I been making videos almost daily for 2 years and nobody is still watching?🙃

My channel is about paranormal i got subs too and they dont subscribe easly even though they watch..im fed up and now the music library has issues too , as i tell you in my comment bellow.

I'm nearly 50, and I restarted putting on new videos on my channel. Since I love animation I make fairy tales. The subject of the fairy tales are the things i want to teach my son. I'm a bit mixed up. Should I change my channel into English, should I also show how I make the fairy tales. Since each movie takes more than a month to make. Which direction should I take.

If I would to start again on YT, I just wouldn't waste months to get recognized by couple hundred people. When I discovered I could trigger organic growth after getting first 1k subs using Fame - ster my life just got easier and my main channel exploded. People are just looking at the numbers when searching for some content. If you have low subs no one cares about you even if you have best content on platform.

I really need to think about this. I have grandchildren and a large family. I love dancing 💃🏾 . I’ve done videos on natural hard . I also love unboxing products that’s my favorite. My mind goes 100 miles an hour it’s hard to stay focused on 1 thing

Hey Kevin! Great stuff, love watching your videos. I decided to start a channel about travel - general travel tips and places I visit. After seeing friends/coworkers/random people I meet at the farmer's market/mall (or wherever) who were looking for advice about the places I've been, I thought it'd be a great topic. It's given me a deeper appreciation for the places I do visit along with a creative outlet such as filming. I'm still new to it all and still trying to find my voice but I'm enjoying the process.
