This may have already been posted, but in case you guys actually wanted to know, the first commercial fluorescent lamp was sold in 1938. So if this game is indeed kept in the 40s vibe, then yes, fits the timeline. Keep on going Rubber Ducky Jesse.

I think the scariest part of this series so far, no sarcasm, is Jesse not reacting to the loud ass sounds that are happening. It's making my brain fill in the blanks that there's a monster right on their asses and they can't see it and then that gives me severe anxiety. This game is spoop.

I would guess the original lines were from a translation, and the actors might be native English speakers and either through permission or oversight were allowed to clean them up a little. But nobody updated the subtitles.

It's like watching a ghost show on TV. I only notice their reactions to scary subtlety but never see it. Maybe I shouldn't watch these on my phone.

FYI: fluorescent lights were invented in early 1850s(!).

These games are so horribly unoriginal. What is it about horror games that the developers all make the same damn game?

Horror as a genre has some of the greatest potential, yet we get walking simulator with jump scares .-.

I've noticed this in a few Scary Game Squad episodes now.. It's like their audio setup is reversed. Everytime a sound comes from the side they turn the wrong way, every god damn time lol

Not sure what to make out of this game. After so many years of horror games, ones that bombarded with so many jumpscares right from the get go generally doesn't sits well with me.
