ОтветитьQuestion. Most of my records will need a short text field; however, sometimes, I will need more. I do not want to use Long Text in the design for all the records' Data Type because, it will take more space. Therefore, only for those records that need more Text Field in their notes, can I change from Short Text to Long Text without making the rest of the database or future records changing to Long Text? In other words, can I change the Text Field size individually (one record at the time) based on my needs? Thank you in advance for your answer. Cheers. 😊

ОтветитьThank you for a very useful introduction to Access DBs. Since I'm knew to this, I'd like to ask you if it's possible to create a table by itself, that is, without a database. Thanks in advance!
