Step one : Get 240hz monitor

I play all multi thread on High msaa 4x and all options on, and I get 150-170 in game. If all low I get 200-220 in game.

FYI if you want your videos to be smooth like this guys just make sure you record at any multiple of 60 in obs (120, 240, ect) and make sure when you export in your video editing software the export is set to 60 so it adds a natural motion blur to all movement.

get a pc that can give you over 144fps and 144hz monitor and thats how you make valorant smooth

You forgot the most important. Setting filtering to msaa 4x makes the enemies way easier to see
