How to Start a YouTube Channel for Real Estate | Best Content for Realtors [FREE COURSE]

Question. By Watching the entire video and reading through the comments, I’m most likely going to be joining the masterclass and get my page going.

I’m in Austin, TX and I mainly specialize in selling expired/FSBO homes, but I see that your suggestion of YT channels is more on the buyer side.

Would it be best to make those “about my city” type of content with a playlist for sellers? (FSBO series)

OR,

If I have to create a separate channel, should I grow the first one first then make a 2nd one or just run the 2 channels simultaneously even if they’re both newer?

Im watching guys make 1-2 mil a year JUST doing walk through showings…love to hear why “not” to do them…

Hi Jackson. This is great info and I'll definitely be getting the Daily Junk Mail (if not more). I've only uploaded a couple of videos so far with not much engagement. My niche is new construction and relocation. My question: I live in a northern suburb of Atlanta with only about 50,000 residents (Woodstock). Is this too small of an area for my channel name? If so, most of the "Living in..." names have already been taken for Atlanta. Any ideas on which way to go? Thanks.

Hi Jackson, if I started my channel by sending out links to my videos (thinking that was the best thing to do) and getting involved in QR code Post Card Farming for links to listings on our channel, should I restart my channel or should I just stop all of that... keep the content marketing videos, delete all the listing videos and put those videos on a separate channel? (My channel only has 26 subscribers)

Hey there - making the channel about a city and state - any suggestion on metro size for this idea? I work in a city that's widely known (for all good reasons) with a population of roughly 150,000 residents about 30 mins from Chicago. I DO NOT have any desire or ability to serve Chicago, but is this a large enough area to designate a channel to?

Spanish is my first launguage and I’m in Miami where most people is Hispanic but I’m debating if i should do my Channel in English instead. I’m much more Natural and Fluid in Spanish but i want a wider Audience.
