I have a doubt. Is there have any problem to do evening workout and night workout daily?
2nd day doing this and i can somewhat feel a different in my upper body. I honestly feel great. The plank is my only weekness though. thank you so much for this workout

Day 2: i did good but i was a lil sore
Day 3: it was hard but i dont feel sore and see some results

ОтветитьThis is my day 4 and I was so amazed that I feel my bones not weaker anymore, I feel it is strong even the plank in 16 seconds I can take it, not like the other day it was so hard for me but now has change, thanks for uploading this video it really helps me so much

Night 2: Kinda soar from being on da exercise machine so it was a bit more difficult but I completed it ,did a little better on planks!Day 3: Was sore, pushed through it seeing a little result but was a tad more difficult tdy(not sore frm dis)
