Trying method 2. Took ages to build it all up.

Have 12 Argon extractors, ten storage boxes. Takes a full 48 hour sleep (c.2 mins in a sleeping bag) to refill them all. Plants harvest without issue.

I get 786 xp per sleep. So taking me around 15 mins per level.

Hella lot of effort and then hella boring to do but I guess chuck a movie on and bore grind.

Method #1 is so far proving impossible. I have spent over an hour landing in areas where Aluminium and Iron are right next to each other on the map on Nikola I with zero spots to show for it and it's frankly getting on my last nerve.

in mehod 4, how did u put spiders in a farm? they are not classified as "farmable"

On XBox when crafting, you can move the dpad and L analog to the right at the same time and it moves twice as fast.

I've been in front of Wen Tseng for 45 minutes and she has not had a single adaptive frame....

The first one can be so crazy frustrating finding the right spot but is a chill method once setup.

I recommend you use a sleeping bag instead of a bench. This is because when you sleep instead of waiting, you get the well-rested status effect, which gives a 10% boost in xp gain

Would be great to mention that you need some serious prerequisites like tier 4 skill planetary habitation. Here I am on step 8 and need 7 more points just to get to put a single point into this t4 skill.

Method #4 worked an absolute treat, I went from level 51 to 100 in under an hour. One thing you forgot to mention - you need to invest 3 skill points into Weapon Engineering and 1 point into Special Projects to unlock the research needed to craft the Hornet's Nest mod. That was the grindiest part of this exploit but thankfully you can get all of the needed materials in the Jemison vendors. It takes some time to set up but it pays dividends in XP.

Sleep and drink a tea and youll get at a small xp boost cutting the the time needed down at least a little.

This is misinformed. It is possible to get the exact same map by setting a landing point in the exact same place. There is a very particular location on Bessel III-B that allows you to mine iron, aluminum, nickel, and cobalt at a single base. I managed to find this location, and the guy from the video I saw managed to find it twice. The video is about setting up beginner xp farms, and it was uploaded by Vash Cowaii.

why don’t you put down a bed and sleep instead of a chair for that extra 10% xp 😊

I do this but I make AMP it's more useful weights less and sells for a good price

Funny, sounds British but saying ALUMINIUM wrong.

The maps are not random. If you get exactly the same place, you get exactly the same map. I've done it in ng+ playthroughs and gotten the exact same layout as was shown in videos.

I haven't tried #4 yet, but #2 with the Amp is phenomenal. It gives you useful amp, is way lighter than the other farmed items, they sell for more, and the farming outpost is infinitely less frustrating to set up. But, you'll have to set up some defense because every now and then pirates and wildlife will give you trouble.

Ok so I am on Xbox and I don’t know how u did it so fast with just the spamming it. I have to fill the bar back up to 99 every time I craft the 99 of them. Can u explain how u did that please.

I got to level 325 with #4 however you should also mention you need lots of ammo, which you can get from the weapon crate exploit.

Very strange. Last one setup perfect. Got no xp. If i moved away from house i got xp. Using correct gun. I will try a reload... nope no xp

In the last method, I shoot to the TOP corner and like this I only need 1 bullet, because the explosion put away the corpses. Less ammo to spend :D

It's not a glitch, but an exploit! The patched vendors' chests were glitches!

I'm doing number 4 now. Went from 59 to 67 in about 10 minutes, and I wasn't really rushing. Stand by the door and shoot the third pillar or the ceiling, which is easier and faster. This will keep you from injuring yourself. Plus, kill all the creatures and damage the building.

Errr.... When crafting adaptive frame for xp, you can use RB to quickly select 99 on xbox, LB and RB can also be used at vendors to quickly select the right buy/sell amounts (means you aren't waiting an age to select the correct sell quantity vs the vendor credit)

For the first method when on xbox it's actually faster to hold dpad and thumbstick till adaptive frames hit 99 then doible hit A and then rinse and repeat. After timing ot both ways selling 99 at a time is about 40 seconds faster than trying to spam sell 5-6 at a time.

Step one: Go to Serpentis system. Step 2: Go to random moon in system. Step 3: Destroy your enemies. lol. Seriously though, jump around in this system from moon to moon. Enemies spawn pretty much every time. Usually high level enemies. You'll level up very quickly. If it's too difficult drop game difficulty to very easy. XP gains are the same. You're welcome. None of the convoluted stuff in this video is necessary.

The last XP farming method is definitely the best, but you also need Weapon Engineering 3 to get the hornet mod
