Whenever I see or hear anything about games achieved "Advance AI" by using "Advance Algorithm" I stay away from that game as far as possible because 100% the devs don't know what they're talking about, so they resolved to use techbros buzzword.

the entire idea of the AI falls apart if you think about it for a minute why wouldnt they just have it so everyone started with a medium lvl ai that then learned from there

Just going to say it... but if a puzzle could be solved by just grabbing the item and the solution ISN'T just grabbing the item then you've fucked up at puzzle design.

Interesting how some teams make a game like bg3, talking to the community, listening to feedback from beta, somehow moving the release date earlier which is a legendary event on its own and just making a good game. I understand that bg3 is now engraved in the history of gaming(btw can we have a kind of video what went well for some game?, or maybe what went wrong not with the devs but with community?). So I am not asking for that level of development from others, but as a dev myself. Are the people in charge in those companies really that stupid? Like mojang with the mob vote and some other redstone related things for example. Or well like hello neighbour devs. You get feedback, on what people like of the game. And then you make sure that none of it gets in the final release. What is going on in their heads?

It boggles the mind how and why these games seem to DOWNGRADE with each new alpha an beta, removing animations that were already there, poor puzzle prop design(the sloppily placed yellow tape on the shelves)

Fun Fact: The Hello Engineer game you mentioned had an all time peek player base of about 20. Given that two of the five chapters haven't been released yet, I'm not particularly confident they'll ever appear.

This seems like basically a scam but there was no consequences, game has amazing reviews and basically noone cares. Hate this industry.
