How to Open ZIP Files on Windows 10

Hi there! I downloaded the old team fortress game (I added the url but YT took it down). If you google download team fortress 1996... its the 2.8 version. I extracted the file, but I saw no application to click on in order to play. Do you have any idea what I need to do after downloading and extracting? I am a total noob and would appreciate your assistance.

42 pages 10 different drivers on each page, mine just says Intel HD graphics, downloaded zip file then error, cba with this crap, computers going in the bin lol

what if extract all doesn't appear dude????

When I push open with and push file explorer it just opens with internet explorer

"Extract All" is not an option for me on my Windows 10. All I see is "WinZip" and it wants me to buy their program before I can open it.
