I'd love to see someone make a video about big, international companies and their dividend yields, currently I'm in Hapag Lloyd (HLAG) which for this year has a yield of 39%!!, HLAG is one of the biggest shipping companies in the world, and their dividend, at least for this year, is ridiculous, maersk b (AMKBY) is another, their dividend is over 32.56% this year and it is the biggest (or now one of the top 3 biggest) container shipping company in the world, many shipping companies have been paying ridiculous yields for the past couple of years due to an explosion in earnings after the flu, these are safe companies and while it may not last forever or continue to grow every year, I still think it's worth exploring simply because of the sheer size of their yield which might make it worthwhile to invest into if nothing else just for the short term

Ok you are very knowledgable on a lot of things, but just because the dividend fluctuates doesn't mean it's not growing. It's how interim and final dividends usually work.

The dividend payments for LVMH are interim and Final dividends. Common structure in EU.

Re LVMH you’re better off owning Dior instead. For 1 share of Dior you get 1.14 LVMH due to ownership structure.
